PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Ratinoff is a partner who represents plaintiffs in personal injury, product liability, insurance bad faith, consumer fraud, medical negligence and serious automobile accidents. He has successfully tried and settled numerous cases on behalf of his clients. 

Mr. Ratinoff has had many successes on behalf of his clients including several large recoveries in cases involving matters such as:

• Bad faith denial of insurance claims involving disability, health, auto, property and life policies
• Medical malpractice cases involving the failure to diagnose cancer, AIDS, infections, medication errors and surgical mistakes
