California Attorney General Kamala Harris' has formed "Smart on Crime" working groups as part of her transition team.  We are proud to announce that one of KCR's own partners has been selected to serve on the Mortgage Fraud & Consumer Protection Work Group.  As a lawyer representing consumers in cases involving large financial institutions and as a former Board of Governors Member at Consumer Attorneys of California, Brooks Cutter has years of experience advocating for consumer rights.
