Lyle W. Cook

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Cook is a partner in the complex litigation practice area. He is responsible for the prosecution of mass torts and consumer and antitrust class actions on behalf of diverse groups, which include both public and private sector clients.

Mr. Cook has handled numerous complex cases on behalf of businesses and other organizations and has served as lead counsel in a number of significant national class actions. Some of his notable cases include:

  • Served as lead counsel on class certification in a class action against the State Compensation Insurance Fund on behalf of approximately 160,000 California businesses.
  • Lead role in national class action against Ford Motor company on behalf of Ford heavy truck dealerships.
  • Lead role in national class action against Subaru of New England on behalf of dealerships.
  • Lead role in national antitrust class action against a manufacturer of Reprographic equipment on behalf of school districts.
