Many of Kershaw, Cutter’s clients were seriously injured when the bus rolled after leaving the pavement on Interstate 5.
Kershaw, Cutter alleges that the Greyhound bus company was negligent for failing to install seat belts on its busses. Kershaw, Cutter believes that busses should be required to have seatbelts just like cars. Currently, most, if not all, Greyhound busses have no seat belts. Hundreds of lives could be saved if bus companies took such common sense approach to safety.
