BREAKING NEWS: Kershaw Cutter Takes On Greyhound Bus Company in Rollover Accident Near Williams, California

Greyhound bus accident, Northern California bus crash

EMAIL: Kershaw, Cutter & Ratinoff, LLP

The personal injury attorneys at Kershaw, Cutter & Ratinoff are currently representing 8 individuals who were passengers on a Greyhound bus that was involved in a rollover accident that occurred on Interstate 5 in Colusa County, California near Williams. Many of Kershaw, Cutter’s clients were seriously injured when the bus rolled after leaving the pavement on Interstate 5.

Kershaw, Cutter alleges that the Greyhound bus company was negligent for failing to install seat belts on its busses. Kershaw, Cutter believes that busses should be required to have seatbelts just like cars. Currently, most, if not all, Greyhound busses have no seat belts.  Hundreds of lives could be saved if bus companies took such common sense approach to safety.

If you have been involved in a bus accident, please call personal injury attorney Stuart Talley at (916) 448-9800 or e-mail him at Stalley@kcrlegal.com.
